Birthdays, birthdays, birthdays

Let's see, where to begin....

Two weeks have passed and apart from the occasional outing with Bev, the children and I have been stuck at home. However, these past two weeks have been quite entertaining. When and 3 year old and a 1 year old start to get cabin fever, it makes for an interesting day. Kyan has taken it upon himself to empty his ENTIRE toy box in a span of about 30 minutes just to turn around and put everything back in. He does this periodically throughout the day. Kenna sees that as an invitation so she's going through all of the toys and pulling them out as Kyan is trying to put them back. This goes on for about 15 minutes until Kyan finally tells her to stop and then comes to get me to say Kenna is "being ugly". Now, I want to point out that Kenna absolutely refuses to be put in her exersaucer ever since she's become mobile, so there is no place for me to put her. So what do I do? I block of the way to the kitchen and let her crawl around the living room and tell Kyan to deal with the fact that she's going to get into his toys. How does Kyan respond? "Mommy, I don't fink so." Oh, the mind of a 3 year old.

Thursday September 9th was Bev's birthday. She didn't want to stay home and she didn't want us to stay home either. So we all loaded up and went to Ramstein. Why? I have no idea. Maybe because there is nothing else to do during the week. Plus, if we were going to go somewhere, we wanted Chase and Justin with us. Justin did a good job though. He sent Bev beautiful flower and, according to her, yummy chocolates. They ate supper with us that night. All in all, it was a good day.

Then Saturday rolls around and there yet another eventful day. Saturday was Christin's birthday and a busy day at the Moss house. Saturday evening was Bev's birthday dinner/party and we spent most of the day getting all the food ready and getting the house somewhat presentable. Everyone started arriving around 6 and by the time we started eating, we had about 20 people at our house. How in the world we were able to accommodate all those people, I'll never know. But we did it. After we finished eating I get a phone call from Coriell telling me to get on Skype. So, I do as I'm told and much to my surprise and excitement, Craig and Christin were at Coriell and Adam's house. So I got to see all of them. Unfortunately it wasn't a very long conversation because I had a bunch of people at my house, but I got to see them none the less. It was awesome. I miss them so much.

Tuesday September 14th was mama's birthday day. She was able to get on Skype before going to work and the kids and I got to talk to her for a few minutes and wish her a happy birthday. Chase and I were sneaky and sent her flowers at the office. Naturally, she cried. That wasn't our intention but we figured it would happen. All I can say is God bless technology. If we didn't have phones or Skype, I don't know what I would have done. Cards are nice but it's not the same as actually seeing or talking to that person. I am fortunate enough to have the technology to talk to my family. ALL of my family.

Thursday September 16th was Kenna's birthday. My little girl turned a year old. Most of the day and just back and looked at her and thanked God for letting me have her. He saved her life and she is a happy healthy little girl and I couldn't be more thankful. We didn't do a whole lot for her because she was only turning one and wouldn't remember any of it. We did get her a few presents though and she had her first popsicle. She also sat in her highchair and had "big people" food. Granted, she had more on her than in her but she had a good time. Bev had dinner with us and Justin came over later to watch Kenna open her presents. She liked the wrapping paper more than the actual presents. She would open her present and throw the actual present on the floor and just start playing with the paper. She had a good time though and that's all that matters.

Yesterday was her birthday party and again, we had a ton of people over at the house. Chase made his fabulous burgers and we just had a big cook out. I made chocolate cupcakes with purple icing. They weren't much to look at because I'm not gifted at cake decorating but everyone said they tasted good. We found out that Kenna is not the biggest fan of hot dogs (she gets that from her GiGi) but she loves German potato salad and chocolate cupcakes. She didn't do the typical "smash the cupcake into your face" but she did have it in many pieces before the night was over. She also had it all over her. But, she enjoyed the food and the people who were there and that's what's important. Once it started to get chilly we all went inside so she could open her presents from everyone and the rest from us. Let me tell you something, this little girl racked up. She got books, toys, a baby doll, a toy walker and a toy that grows with her. She should be quite content for at least a month^.^

After everyone left last night we were able to Skype with mom and dad. Never in my life have I seen a little boy get that excited about seeing his grandfather. As soon as daddy gets on the computer Kyan just screams, "BUDDY!!! IT'S MY BUDDY!!!" I love the bond that Kyan and daddy have. He has a special bond with my parents and he has a special bond with Chase's parents. But there's just something about daddy that just makes Kyan light up. It's precious. I was really happy to see daddy too. I haven't seen him in a while and it was just nice to see his face. He didn't even have to say anything and I would have been fine. I at least got to see him. He and I e-mail back and forth but it's not the same. So Skyping with mom and dad was a special treat for all of us. Chase hadn't gone to be yet either so he was able to talk with them as well. So we all had a great end to a great day.

I hope everyone has a great week. Love to all.

I'll eventually get better at this

Okay, yes I know, I'm terrible about updating this thing. So, recap of the past few weeks:

Just and Dana left for the field at the end of August and they were gone for two weeks. So naturally, Bev spent a lot of time with me and the kids and then at our house. It was fun.

The first weekend after the guys left we went to a festival in Baumholder and we all had a blast. I took tons of pictures and a few videos but my camera went all demonic and deleted EVERYTHING. Luckily I was able to retake some of the pictures but not all of them. I was so mad. But, we had a good time none-the-less. There were rides and games for kids and Kyan loved those. They also had vendors for merchandise, souvenirs, food and drinks. This is Germany so naturally they had a lot of alcohol. Thankfully, we're not big drinkers. The food was really good though. They had German food and Italian food. Yummy.

It rained quite a bit after the Baumholder fest so we weren't able to do a lot of outdoor stuff. It did, however, cool off quite a bit. Like to the point of having to wear long sleeves and jackets. It was even cold enough to make two pots of Russian Tea. Bev was/is a big fan of Russian Tea now. Once it stopped raining, it warmed up a little but it's officially fall weather now. We're all wearing pants and t-shirts and carry our jackets with us. Chase freezes at night but the kids and I do fine. They inherited their warm nature from their mama. They sleep better when it's cooler too. Again, like their mama.

Last week was pretty uneventful. The kids and I ran errands with Bev a few times and she took me on my errands. I am so thankful that we've become such good friends with her and Justin. I don't know what we would have done when my car died if they hadn't been around. Justin looked at my car before he left and tried to fix it but broke his torque wrench while trying to replace my spark plugs and fuel filter. So now we have to take it to a mechanic because he doesn't want to break anything in my car and if a mechanic breaks it, they have to replace it. We have the parts to we're going to take it to a mechanic when we can.

I've started going to the gym with Bev. We go to the one on Baumholder because A) it's closer and B) there is a family room where you can work out and keep your children with you. It's great because all you have to do is bring some toys and/or a movie and they're good to go. So while the kids entertain themselves we are able to work out. We did the treadmill, bike and weights. I can hear in my head the laughter that is coming from so of you, especially daddy. But, believe it or not, I enjoyed it and will keep going back. We're going to try to go at least 3 times a week if not more.

Yesterday we went to the Kusel fest. It was so much fun. We had a pretty good sized group so we all met at Bev and Justin's house and walked to the festival. Our group consisted of Bev, Justin, Me, Chase, Kyan, Kenna, Gretta, Miranda, Tim, their son Braeden, Ashlee, Shane and their boys Isaiah and Elijah. Then we met up with Dana when he got there. So, not only did the adults have a good time, the kids did too. Kyan, Braeden and Isaiah are all 3 so they were always together and they had a wonderful time. There were games, rides and vendors at this festival too but this about three times the size of the one in Baumholder. It was very family friendly. After the festival we went to Campos and got the BEST ice cream ever. It's Italian ice cream that they make themselves. It's even better than the ice cream man. What's even better than that, it's like a 5 minute walk from our house. So we're big fans.

Well, that's about all I have for now. I hope everyone has a fun and safe Labor Day. Love to all.

Fun times

We hate being away from our families but believe it or not we are having a great time here. We have made some awesome friends, our neighborhood is great, the weather is SO much easier to deal with, there are great places to visit and there is an ice cream man that comes to our neighborhood every night. I mean who wouldn't like all of that.

Chase was able to get the fence built this past week. He took two days off work last week to start it and finished it yesterday. It looks really good and, so far, it's kept the dog and children in. Granted we've only just started letting Trinity run free but she's doing well right now. Our friend, and neighbor, Tai helped Chase with a lot of it and Bev "supervised" while I painted slats and posts. And she got a tan while doing it. She's a multi-tasker. Thankfully the major rain held off until today so we could get all of it finished.

My car still doesn't work so Bev has been our hero and has taken the kids and I on whatever errands I need to run. I am so thankful that we met them. Not only are the great friends, they're just great people. They have really helped us out in more ways than I can ever describe. Anyway, she's been our hero and Justin will be our hero when he gets the chance to work on my car.

Last night we had a big cook-out with Bev, Justin, Tai and Gretta. Gretta is the newest member or our little group. She moved into the bottom apartment and the unit connecting to ours. She's awesome. She's not in the military but she works on Baumholder. She's actually an opera singer. We love Gretta. Anyway, we had a cook-out and a last get together before Tai goes back to the states. Chase made his awesome steaks, Gretta and I made green bean casserole, baked apricots and caesar salad and Tai smoked some ribs and brought those over. Needless to say, we ate really well last night. To top it all off, Chase made a fire in the fire pit and we made smores and chilled around the fire. I had to help Tai make his because he had never made one before. That was a first for me; teaching a grown man how to make a smore. Then Chase and Justin wanted to see what would happen if they put a bottle in the fire. So, after about 30 minutes we saw the bottle start melting and it was actually really cool to watch. Our pyromaniac men.

All in all, we have had a good week and weekend. There have been a few "set backs" but nothing major. Chase had a 3 day this weekend but, again, he is on standby. That happened the last time he had a 3 day so we weren't able to go anywhere. This time it wasn't so bad because Chase wanted to get the fence finished anyway. Oh, I forgot to mention that Chase has been moved to the metal shop for a few months. It's not a bad thing either. It will look really good on his EPR and he's been wanting to learn to do metal work. He's enjoying is so far and he said his supervisor there is really cool. Also, he won an award at his other shop because of his performance last month. Which, again, will look really good on his EPR. So props to my hubby.

I can't really remember anything else that's happened so I guess I'll end here. I hope everyone is doing well. Love to all.

Love is...

Everyone knows the biblical definition of love. Now I ask you, what is your personal definition? How would you define love? As you continue through life and live the different experiences life offers stop and ask yourself...what is love to you? For me, love is....

Love is pure

Love is innocent

Love is laughter

Love is tears

Love is family

Love is becoming a parent

Love is hearing your child's laughter

Love is drying your child's tears

Love is a blessing

Love is Holy

Love is God

These definitions come to mind as we have the pleasure of bringing not one but two new lives into this world. Coriell and Adam, becoming a parent is one of the greatest blessings God gives us and we are all so happy that He has given this blessing to you. We continue to pray for not only you but for the precious lives of the children Coriell is carrying. My love goes out all of you and pray this post finds you well. God Bless.

[Insert clever title here]

Yeah I know, it's taking me forever to update this thing. A late update is better than no update though.

Two weeks ago Kathy, Chase's birth mom, came to visit. We had a lot of fun while she was here and I think it was good for Chase. We took her to base to show her around there and then we took her to a few of our favorite places. We took her to the Castle, which is our FAVORITE place to eat. It is just fabulous. Chase had never been to the chocolate factory so I took both of them there and we stocked up on candy and treats. Chase and Kathy more than me. Chase and Kathy went to the castle that's about 5 minutes from our house while she was here. That night we had a cook out with our good friend Dana.  All in all, it was a fun visit.

The 15th was my brother's birthday. We sent him some birthday cards and I'm hoping they got to him in time. I tried to let Kyan call him but I guess he was at work and we got his voicemail. And, being the dummy that I am, we didn't leave a message. Yeah, not my smartest move.

Chase had training all last week so I took the opportunity to stay home and work on potty training Kyan. I would love to say we've had success, but we haven't. I took him quite often but never quite got the hang of it. I'm still working with him and Chase works with him when he gets home. He just hasn't figured out to tell us when he has to go. We give him a piece of candy every time he goes and he has some Cars underwear that he can start wearing once he gets the hang of it. So we use those as incentives. I'm hoping he'll start getting the hang of it pretty soon though.

Kenna is not crawling yet but she does have her own way of getting around. Rather than crawl, she just lays on her stomach and scoots around. She'll get on her hands a knees and rock back and forth and I try to help her when she does that but she's stubborn and wants to do it her way. I'll tell you what though, it does not take her any time to get where she's going. She does not waste time. Especially if there is food involved. She is starting to cut another tooth now so we'll start introducing her to more table food soon. We've given her the soft stuff but nothing else because she doesn't have enough teeth to chew it.

Saturday was my daddy's birthday so I had Kyan call him to wish him a happy birthday. It seemed to do the trick because they both sounded happy to talk to each other. When we got off the phone Kyan just looked at me, smiled and goes, "mommy, that's my buddy. I see Buddy in Semtember." Yes, that is how Kyan says September. But talking to his buddy just made his day.

Yesterday we went to a place called Black & White for a family barbecue and to watch our friend Myk and his band perform. The food was good, the music was good and they had a play area for the kids so Kyan was entertained. Myk is also our neighbor and it just so happens that another neighbor of ours was there and he sang with Myk on two different songs. We all had a good time and it was nice to get out for a while.

Unfortunately, with good must also come the bad. We are having trouble with my car, AGAIN. We don't have a clue as to what's wrong with it this time. It started acting up on our way home last night and Chase said I can't drive it unless absolutely necessary. Thankfully, Justin and Bev were kind enough to give us permission to use their car. They have been in the states since the 1st and will be back Thursday. Justin is also handy with car maintenance so I may ask him to look at it. He's the one that knew what to fix last time so I'm hoping he'll know what to fix this time.

Well, that's about all I can remember. I hope everyone has a good week. Love to all.

Rest in Peace Robert

I apologize for not updating this before now. But given the circumstances, I think you all can understand. I don't really remember anything from before we found out about Robert so forgive me for not having more details. The past couple of weeks have just been kind of a blur.

My heart continues to break for the Moss family. They lost a very precious member of their family. Having to go through something as heartbreaking as this makes you put different parts of your life into perspective. For instance, the relationship I had with the Moss family has gotten stronger. I truly love that family and only hope that our relationship will get stronger with time.

I didn't know Robert that well but from the times I spent with him, I knew enough to know that he was a great, smart and funny guy that had everything going for him. He would always find the positive in situations and he was always the one that could make you laugh. He loved music and playing his drums at all hours.

What I knew the most about him was the love he had for his family and especially his niece and nephew. He had so much love for them and you could see it in his eyes whenever they were around. And they loved him. Two of my most treasured memories of him with Kyan was when he sat Kyan on his lap and let him play the drums and when he danced with Kyan to "Mama Mia." And the first time he met Kenna, there was no doubt that she had won him over. He had such a big heart for these children.

My dear friend, Barbie, gave me a quote that I hold close to my heart; "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal." There is nothing I or anyone else can say to heal the wounds on the hearts of the Moss family but they are strong in their faith and I know God will provide them with the care and love they need. During difficult times I look to my favorite bible verse and I was able to share this with Susan during their difficult time; "Be still and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10a

My deep and sincere thanks go to all who shared sympathies, flowers, encouragement and prayers to the Moss family. The outpouring of love truly warmed their hearts. I will not begin to explain how they are feeling but I do know that having all the support helped and is continuing to help them.

Please continue to keep the family in your prayers as they take their time to heal. Also, please keep Chase in a special place in your prayers. This has been a little more difficult for him because we live so far away. He can't be with his family during this time and that on top of everything else has just been difficult. So please keep that in your prayers as well as healing for the entire Moss family. God bless all of you. Love to all.

More info

Last week, we finally got the rest of our stuff. The first thing Chase did was put together our bed so we wouldn't have to sleep on that rock of a mattress anymore. I stayed at Bev's house with the kids so they would be out of the way. Chase was on stand-by that weekend so we didn't really go anywhere. Instead we made use of our time and unpacked and organized as much as we could. Luckily, Chase didn't get a stand-by at all so we were able to get a lot done. Unfortunately, we couldn't do too much with the living room, dining room or the spare room off of our room because FMO decided they weren't going to get the cheap furniture until this past Friday. So yeah, we were working around all of that and it was really difficult to arrange the room because we had stuff piled in every corner. We're still unpacking and organizing but we have made a lot of progress.

We didn't really do much this past week. Bev and I went to the chocolate factory Wednesday. It's awesome there.  You can take a tour and they'll take you through the factory itself where they make the chocolate and other candy and then, when the tour is finished you can shop through the store. We haven't done the tour yet but we're planning on doing it eventually. This is the second time Bev and I have gone to the chocolate factory since we've lived in our house. And every time, it's fun.

The kids and I were at Bev's house all day Thursday. She had some doggy interviews and didn't want to be stuck in her house alone. So we kept her company. I took Kenna's exercauser and pack-n-play so the kids could nap at her house. We didn't really do much of anything except hang out and watch movies. I'll tell you what though, Kyan has become a big fan of "Snow Buddies". It has an Alaskan Husky puppy and Kyan thinks it's Trinity. So we'll walk into Bev's house and Kyan just goes, "Watch Trinity please? Watch Trinity?" It's so cute.

Friday, Bev came to our house. After the FMO guys picked up the furniture she helped me organize the kitchen and living room. She was a HUGE help. I'm so used to having my mom help me with that kind of stuff so it was kind of overwhelming to try and do it by myself. But, BEV TO THE RESCUE!!! We had dinner at her house that night. Justin grilled steaks and then we got some ice cream from the ice cream man. He comes by every night around 8:30 and it's some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Yummy goodness!!!

We spent most of the day Saturday working on the house and then we went to Bev and Justin's. Kyan and Kenna played in the pool for almost 2 hours and they both had a wonderful time. That was Kenna's first time in a pool and the fact that she was with Kyan made her love it that much more. We had Justin's awesome ribs, caeser salad and cantaloupe for dinner. And then around 8:30, we had ice cream. The fact that the ice cream man comes by our house every day is just fabulous. If you haven't had German ice cream, you need to.

Today we went to go see Lichtenburg Castle. It's literally 5 minutes from our house. We brought Bev with us and had a great time. It didn't take that long to walk through the castle but it was beautiful. I posted pictures on Facebook. There is a little restaurant in the castle so we decided to eat there for lunch. It was good. The dessert was my favorite part. I had a scoop of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream with fruit, whipped cream and almonds. It was good stuff. After we got home, Kyan and I went to Bev's so he could play in the pool while Kenna napped. It was great until about after an hour. Rain clouds started rolling in. It has been beautiful all week an then it started raining. No fun. Chase was able to come over when Kenna woke up so we all got to eat supper together. Fun times.

Well, that's all I can remember from the past two weeks. Hopefully, I'll get better at updating weekly rather than every other week. Have a great week. Love to all.

Reality

Okay, I realize that I am not doing a very good job at keeping this updated. However, late is better than never.

Kyan is now 3 years old and I feel old. He's growing up so fast. His birthday and party were successful. He had a wonderful time and so did everyone else. We did a Handy Manny theme for his party. I know that's shocking. There are hardly any Handy Manny items here so, because my sister got me addicted to EBAY, I had to order all of the decorations online. I think it worked out better that way. Thanks Coriell. I got his cake made at the bakery in the commissary and I thought it turned out great. I took them a paper plate and said, "I need this on a cake for a 3 year old". I love what they did. Half of the cake was vanilla and the other half was chocolate. So, needless to say, Kyan was very happy.

Kenna is now 8 months old. She's so happy all the time. The only time she fusses is when she's hungry. She is always smiling and laughing. Whether it's at me, Kyan, the dog or her daddy, she is always laughing. It is such a sweet sound. She is almost sitting up completely on her own. She'll sit up and be fine until she sees something, then she'll fall over trying to grab whatever that particular object is. She hasn't cut any more teeth besides the two she already has but she is drooling a lot so it may happen soon. She's about ready to start crawling. She'll get on her hands and knees and rock back and forth before giving up and laying back on her tummy. I'll get on the floor with her and encourage her but ultimately, it's her choice whether or not she wants to try.

Not much has happened in the way of exploring because Chase has been going through training exercises at work. And here they are a really big deal so he's had to focus on those. We got some of our stuff and I finally got my van. So the kids and I have a way around without having to ask Bev to take us everywhere. We're suppose to be getting the rest of our stuff this coming Thursday. That will be a great day. We are all tired of sleeping on this cheap FMO furniture that we've been using for the past 2 months.

Well, other than everything I've said, I can't think of anything else that's happened that's worth mentioning. Chase is on stand by Memorial Day weekend (this coming weekend) so we probably won't be going anywhere. If we do, I'll take notes so I can remember what I need to write ^.^ I hope everyone has a blessed week. Love to all.

Recap

So yeah, it's been a while since my last post. It's been crazy busy here and we just got our land line and internet at our house the other day. I can't remember everything we've done the past 3 weeks but I will highlight some things I do remember.

If you haven't seen them on Facebook, I've posted a lot of pictures of some of the places we've been and some of the people we've met. We have a lot of military in our town and we've become good friends with our neighbors that live two houses down. They are Beverly (Bev) and Justin. Justin is stationed at Baumholder and he and Bev have lived here for 5 years. They're awesome and hilarious. We spend A LOT of time with them. I don't have my car yet so Bev has been driving the kids and I around for about two weeks. She has been showing us different towns and giving us the 411 on everything. We actually had a cook-out/bonfire last Friday and Saturday and hung out with Bev and Justin and some of our other neighbors. We love where we live. We love the people, view, location, everything. We live about five minutes from a little cafe that we love to go to. It has the prettiest view from the terrace. Those pictures are on FB as well. We also live about five minutes (in the other direction) from a castle. We haven't been there yet but we will be going soon.

Obviously, we've moved into our house. We got our unaccompanied baggage Friday and the rest of our stuff should be here around the 19th. Or at least that's what we've been told. I should be able to pick up the van in the next few days. The kids were so happy to get their toys and a few other things on Friday. Poor Kenna has been sitting in her carrier for a month because we didn't have her excersaucer. Now that she has it, she doesn't want to get out of it. Kyan has his box of toys and I have yet to see him away from it. They've been without all this for so long it was like Christmas to them. They're troopers though. Kenna now has two teeth and she is getting better about sitting up. She still can't do it completely on her own but she is getting there. Kyan is a typical 3 year old. They're both doing great. Trinity is being a normal puppy and chewing on everything. She has successfully chewed up two pairs of my shoes. Which kind of sucks because I only brought three pair with me. The rest are with our household goods which should be here around the 19th. Lets hope this last pair makes it until then.

Apart from everything I've already said, there hasn't been anything new going on. We've done some sight seeing and hung out with friends. But other than that it hasn't been that exciting. Just busy. I hope everyone has been doing well. Everyone be safe and I will post again next week. Love to all.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone. I hope it was wonderful. Not much happened this week. Kenna is cutting her first tooth. She still can't completely sit up on her own but she's getting there. Chase's rank went up this week. So he's all excited about that. And after studying his butt off, he took his German driving test and passed with flying colors. We rented a car on Thursday and he took me to the BX on Ramstein. That place is huge. It's literally a mall. Hamilton Place is junk compared to this place. On Friday we went to look at a house in Kusel, which is about 15-20 minutes from the base. The landlord was so nice, the house was great and the little town was wonderful. We loved everything about the house and location. So, needless to say, WE HAVE A HOUSE!!! It has plenty of room outside for the kids and Trinity. There's a balcony outside of our bedroom, a patio, a little side path that I'm going to use for a herb garden and a driveway behind the house. We're going to put in a fence and plant some flowers. We talked to the landlord and he loved the idea so he's going to come help us. He even pulled Chase aside and said, "while you're here, you take care of the yard. While you are deployed, I will take care of the yard and your family." There's just nothing negative to say about this house or the location. It's going to be wonderful. We went exploring Friday and Saturday. I was dumb and forgot my camera but I promise I will post pictures soon. This a beautiful country and I want you all to be able to see it. I will also be posting pictures of the house as well. Today was uneventful. We got a few treats for the kids and it was fun to see their reactions. Other than that we've just been laying around the apartment. Again, I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. I will have another post for you next week. Love to all.

Getting started

We landed in Ramstein around 11:30 our time on Tuesday morning. Some of the guys from Chase's shop picked us up from the airport and took us to our temporary apartment on Vogelweh. We were very grateful for that. Unfortunately we had to put Trinity in a kennel. We're not actually on Ramstein at the moment but hopefully we'll be living on base rather than off. It would be so much better and easier if we could. It's been an ongoing adjustment. It's only been a few days though. It could have been MUCH worse. I wish I had something more exciting to say but at this current point in time, I don't. We haven't been able to go out anywhere. Chase has been able to see some of Ramstein but the kids and I have been confined to the apartment. We don't have the van and there isn't a mass transit system that comes on Vogelweh. So yeah, Kyan and I have a little bit of cabin fever. Well, that's about all I can say right now. Love to all.
