Recap

So yeah, it's been a while since my last post. It's been crazy busy here and we just got our land line and internet at our house the other day. I can't remember everything we've done the past 3 weeks but I will highlight some things I do remember.

If you haven't seen them on Facebook, I've posted a lot of pictures of some of the places we've been and some of the people we've met. We have a lot of military in our town and we've become good friends with our neighbors that live two houses down. They are Beverly (Bev) and Justin. Justin is stationed at Baumholder and he and Bev have lived here for 5 years. They're awesome and hilarious. We spend A LOT of time with them. I don't have my car yet so Bev has been driving the kids and I around for about two weeks. She has been showing us different towns and giving us the 411 on everything. We actually had a cook-out/bonfire last Friday and Saturday and hung out with Bev and Justin and some of our other neighbors. We love where we live. We love the people, view, location, everything. We live about five minutes from a little cafe that we love to go to. It has the prettiest view from the terrace. Those pictures are on FB as well. We also live about five minutes (in the other direction) from a castle. We haven't been there yet but we will be going soon.

Obviously, we've moved into our house. We got our unaccompanied baggage Friday and the rest of our stuff should be here around the 19th. Or at least that's what we've been told. I should be able to pick up the van in the next few days. The kids were so happy to get their toys and a few other things on Friday. Poor Kenna has been sitting in her carrier for a month because we didn't have her excersaucer. Now that she has it, she doesn't want to get out of it. Kyan has his box of toys and I have yet to see him away from it. They've been without all this for so long it was like Christmas to them. They're troopers though. Kenna now has two teeth and she is getting better about sitting up. She still can't do it completely on her own but she is getting there. Kyan is a typical 3 year old. They're both doing great. Trinity is being a normal puppy and chewing on everything. She has successfully chewed up two pairs of my shoes. Which kind of sucks because I only brought three pair with me. The rest are with our household goods which should be here around the 19th. Lets hope this last pair makes it until then.

Apart from everything I've already said, there hasn't been anything new going on. We've done some sight seeing and hung out with friends. But other than that it hasn't been that exciting. Just busy. I hope everyone has been doing well. Everyone be safe and I will post again next week. Love to all.
