Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone. I hope it was wonderful. Not much happened this week. Kenna is cutting her first tooth. She still can't completely sit up on her own but she's getting there. Chase's rank went up this week. So he's all excited about that. And after studying his butt off, he took his German driving test and passed with flying colors. We rented a car on Thursday and he took me to the BX on Ramstein. That place is huge. It's literally a mall. Hamilton Place is junk compared to this place. On Friday we went to look at a house in Kusel, which is about 15-20 minutes from the base. The landlord was so nice, the house was great and the little town was wonderful. We loved everything about the house and location. So, needless to say, WE HAVE A HOUSE!!! It has plenty of room outside for the kids and Trinity. There's a balcony outside of our bedroom, a patio, a little side path that I'm going to use for a herb garden and a driveway behind the house. We're going to put in a fence and plant some flowers. We talked to the landlord and he loved the idea so he's going to come help us. He even pulled Chase aside and said, "while you're here, you take care of the yard. While you are deployed, I will take care of the yard and your family." There's just nothing negative to say about this house or the location. It's going to be wonderful. We went exploring Friday and Saturday. I was dumb and forgot my camera but I promise I will post pictures soon. This a beautiful country and I want you all to be able to see it. I will also be posting pictures of the house as well. Today was uneventful. We got a few treats for the kids and it was fun to see their reactions. Other than that we've just been laying around the apartment. Again, I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. I will have another post for you next week. Love to all.
